DACC Europe has significant experience in providing a "Moves and Changes" service within critical environments where unplanned and unmanaged changes can have a major impact on business.

DACC Europe understand the requirements for accuracy, efficiency and quality assurance in this area and have staff who are able to deliver in the most complex and critical of environments.

DACC Europe has a proven track record with the following capabilities

• Collation of move requirement details (numbers, names, locations, types of services etc) .
• Auditing of connectivity and inventory databases to ensure records are up to date and reliable. Where no such records exist, DACC can design and populate required databases.
• Capacity planning to ensure adequate performance on completion of the move.
• Chairing or participation in cross-discipline move planning meetings.
• Creation of connectivity patching schedules and move activity plans.
• Pre-patching and testing, where possible, of required devices.
• Configuration of LAN ports in support of moves including full quality assurance on completion.
• Relocation of structured cabling outlets with associated power and infrastructure.
• Preparation for telephone moves, including assembly of telephones (add-on modules, labels etc), issue of DDIs, identifying and enabling pick up and hunt groups and pre-loading of required Autodials.
• Preparation for PC moves including port, LAN connections and Modems.
• Relocation of all IT equipment and associated connectivity; from Telephones, PCs to standalone Market Data Services such as Reuters and other Market Data equipment.
• Cable management of equipment and fly-leads to ensure and enhance the quality of the relocation and to minimise future problems.
