DACC Europe has a proven track record as Project Managers, we have successfully managed projects from the relocation of an Investment Banks’ office in Paris to the design and installation of a 30,000 port structured cabling system within a large Data Centre.

DACC Europe will be able to assist you throughout all phases of your project needs, from analysis and design through to completion. Additionally we are able to provide installation resources to implement pre-designed and specified schemes.

DACC Europe staff will work with you to evaluate your existing installations and will assist with the definition and scoping of your requirements. Our staff will visit your site to conduct a thorough survey and meet with key staff within your organisation to fully understand your objectives and requirements.

A "Design and Costing Report" will be produced and will comprise of the possible design solutions appropriate to meeting the objectives of your project together with a recommended solution and associated costs. This report will include considerations such as possible risks and the ongoing support requirements for the completed project implementation, together with considerations of future upgrades and enhancements.

DACC Europe are aware of the critical factors governing the success of projects and adopts effective management techniques to manage and successfully deliver your project.

DACC Europe will discuss and agree with your Project Manager and team the reporting requirements for the project; typically these will include attendance at meetings and submission of weekly/monthly progress reports.

DACC Europe will manage the project against a pre-agreed plan that will indicate estimated resource requirements and timings in line with milestones and deliverables for each of the component tasks.

DACC Europe services include establishment of standards (if none exist) for issues ranging from cabling specification and network configuration to labelling conventions.
